This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Omaluxury Brands. As a dropshipping e‑commerce store, we partner with trusted third‑party suppliers who ship products directly to our customers.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging by our suppliers.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Because we operate a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the supplier and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic orders: 7–21 business days
  • International orders: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, weather conditions, or local regulations.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, product weight, and supplier location.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

4. International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship to multiple countries worldwide. Availability may vary by product.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information , the tracking number is located at the top of the payment receipt that was sent to your email.
  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear after shipment.
  • Some suppliers may provide limited or partial tracking depending on the shipping method used.

6. Multiple Packages

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers.
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries at different times.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier before reaching out to us.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • In cases of lost packages, we will work with the supplier and carrier to investigate.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

9. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

10. Returns & Refunds Related to Shipping

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the error was caused by us or the supplier.
